30 Day Jewelry Policy:

We guarantee the sale of all of our jewelry for 30 days. If for any reason your jewelry becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue you a full refund. Simply contact us by sending an email to our Customer Happiness Team.

To Return/Exchange Items:

Please send an email to our Customer Happiness Team and we will send a free return shipping label to your email. Please attach the return label to the outside of the original shipping packaging or use a bubble mailer if the original packaging is no longer available. We will issue you a full refund for the purchase price or an exchange upon receipt of the item.
